Welcome to AnywhereMan

Here is a quick video introduction to the AnywhereMan concept.  I talk about who I am, what I do, and what I hope to accomplish with AnywhereMan.  And of course it’s only fitting that the first video on this site be filmed in a canoe.

So while I am busy introducing myself, introduce yourself.  

Who are you, what do you do, and are you a current freelancer/telecommuter/anywhere-er, or are you thinking about it?

    By the way, all the animals you see in this video were filmed within the hour I spent out on the water. I felt like I was filming Wild America!

    Dave, I love your idea here. I'd subscribed to your Lift Development RSS feed a while back and was happy today to see that you'll be posting some more content related to this topic that I'm so intrigued about.

    As I type, I'm writing from one of my “mobile offices” a cafe by the sea in Arsuz Turkey ( http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&ms… ) I'm working remotely from Turkey fur a US based company and loving it. I look forward to your insights on all things Anywhereman.

    I'll be in Mora for the summer and hope we'll get to grab a cup of coffee and bounce ideas off of each other about working remotely and freelancing if you happen to be in town this summer.

    Jake great to see you here. Working from a cafe by the sea in Turkey – That's perfect! I look forward to any input you've got as this idea grows.

    Great video Dave…..wish I could do my job the way you do, but I don't believe 30 preschoolers would fit safely in a canoe. Furthermore….I LOVE that you are wearing a BIG FAT JAM shirt! Cleo still has one that he wears on occasion.
