I don't feel like I am in work mode and able to be productive until I've gotten properly dressed - cargo shorts, t-shirt and barefoot.<br><br>The only times I need to worry about my appearance is a video conference, in which case I shave. Since they can't see anything but my face, I don't worry about the clothes. My boss always assumes I'm wearing pajamas until noon.
