		<description>I try to practice more of an Agile Development approach.  I&#039;ll take a larger project and break it up into two week milestones.  So then what motivates me is completing the milestone and getting the reaction and excitement of the client when I complete that.  This way you get that feeling of accomplishment more than just once when the entire project is completed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I like your suggestion of spacing tasks out that excite you throughout the project.
