Searching for the right accounting software for your business or personal use is quite hard for there are plenty of choices to choose from. I’ve been hearing several good suggestions on outright.com seems that this software is quite fascinating to use. @Joel Dahlin why would take the risk if you are not so sure about it, you should at least visit some software review sites to be sure that the software can be really trusted.

Oh man, don't start that rumor! I still LOVE Freshbooks, but that's my time-tracking and invoicing/billing system, not my accounting. There are quite a few accounting systems that automatically import data from Freshbooks and that's what I'm really looking into at this point. After a few discussions today, I'm leaning towards a Freshbooks to Outright system that should work. Still figuring it out.

I am going to go with the actual software. I don't know if this will work, but I am going to store the company file in directory that is synched to the cloud. I am hoping this will allow me to manage it on multiple pcs.

I've been getting a few suggestions for Outright. I've got an account and have used it...works great with Freshbooks. My only problem with it is that doesn't allow me to track balances on my accounts (yet). But Mint.com has done well for that, just wish I could have everything integrated.

Are you going with the Quickbooks Online account, or the actual software?

I've been hearing a lot about http://outright.com/. I haven't used it though. I am in the same boat as you looking right now. As of now I am going to go with Quickbooks.
