I'm Phil Ricci and I am the Co-Founder of Symfny, a web solutions company that specializes in business to business solutions. We have just launched our new web applications, Web to Kitchen and DIY menus to help small and large restaurant owners own the online ordering process. We are also in the process of creating a community specific marketing engine for restaurants as well. LocalEats. as we call it, basically will allow users to find an entire area's menus, be able to order, get coupons, special offers and local reviews all in one spot.
I am still doing the daily grind, working in finance while we grow, but I am super excited at the progress that we have been making the past few months. I can feel my freedom getting closer everyday!
Personally, I live in Western New York and am the proud father of the two most beautiful little girls in the world; Delilah (5) and Vivian (3). I have an amazing wife who wants nothing more than for me to be happy in my carrer, and actually means it! I am a musician, sports lover (Giants/Yankees?Sabres, sorry Dave), martial arts, kayaking, reading and whatever else moves me.
I am a writer as well and I have my own site at http://www.theworldbyphil.com, that I use to write articles about my lessons in business, management and life. I hope you'll stop by!

Phil your response made me really glad I set up this post…it's awesome to hear about what you do and who you are! And I'm kinda freaked out because we have a ton in common. Ha! I've got 2 little girls (5 and almost 3), supportive wife, I'm a musician (guitarist), sports nut (Twins, Vikes, sometime Wolves), reader, and canoe-lover (Kinda like kayaking, right? lol).
